Lubbock Children's Health Clinic. Two locations:

North Location: 302 N. University. Open Mon-Fri from 8 a.m. - noon. and 1 - 5 p.m. (806) 749-3803.

East Location: 1801 E. 14th St. (two blocks east of MLK at the old Posey Elementary School - now The Bridge). Open Mon-Fri from 8 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. for walk-in Immunizations and 1 - 5 p.m Clinic Hours. (806) 749-3800.

Services Provided: Immunizations, Preventive Health Care/ Well Exams, Sick Child and Infant Care, School Physicals, Sports Physicals, CHIP and THS exams, Lab Work, and Pharmacy Vouchers.

If you need medical assistance (or an appointment) for your child, please call a clinic directly. North Clinic is (806)749-3803. East Clinic is (806)749-3800. In a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1.

Fees: Patients are charged on a sliding fee scale according to income and size of household. However, no one is ever turned away from the clinics because of an inability to pay. Medicaid, CHIP and Private Insurance are accepted. If you have insurance, Medicaid, or CHIP, please bring your child's current card, Bring immunization records, Know the social security numbers for family members, and Have proof of income for the household.
