Description
Thursdays from 4-4:45pm: Winter Yoga Calm for Kids Ages 5-10 at The Playroom Lubbock. $80 for 6 weeks starting in Jan. 2016.This kid's yoga class geared for 5-10 year olds is taught by Certified Yoga Calm for Kids Instructor, Sara Parrott. Yoga Calm for Kids will meet on Thursdays from 4:00-4:45pm for 6 weeks from January 7-February 11, 2016.
Benefits of Yoga for kids include:
Breathing techniques to slow down the nervous system.

Developing patience, mindfulness, and other social/emotional skills.
Spots are limited in this group. Payment is due in full. Once payment has been made, Sara Parrott, yoga instructor, will be contacting you. Please bring a yoga mat for your child.
