Moms & 9-12 Year Old Kids Wanted for TTU Study

Seeking Moms & their 9-12 year-old kids.

We are currently looking for children between the ages of 9 and 12 and their biological mothers to participate in our new project! Study will be conducted through June 15, 2018.

You can come to the Psychology Building at Texas Tech University to complete the surveys or Research Assistants can visit you at your home. The research surveys include commonly-used questionnaires and will take approximately 60-90 minutes to complete.

Visits are scheduled based off of the family's availability, including evenings and weekends!

This project will help us learn more about children's and mothers' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors regarding themselves, each other, and their relationship.

The information gained from this study can help increase our understanding of how parents and children relate to each other and help the development of treatments for childhood mental health issues.

All families are entered to win a $20 gift card for participating.

Siblings or other children may be looked after by one of our research assistants while mothers participate in the project!
