Cardinal's Sports (6524 Slide) January 16th (9am-4pm) & January 30th (9am-4pm).

Play It Again Sports (4815 50th): January 23th (9am-4pm).

Registration Fees for SWLL:

4 Year Old: $100. (Includes Hat & Shirt Only)

T-Ball: $140.00.

Coach Pitch: $160.00.

Farm: $160.00.

American: $160.00.

50/70: $160.00.

(Includes Shirt, Pant, Belt, Socks, and Hat).

***NOTE: All players registering MUST bring:***

1. Original Birth Certificate.

2. TWO Original Proofs of Residency: (ex: driver's license, only 1 utility bill) or Report Card from Fall Semester
