Unveiling Fri. Dec. 2nd @ 2pm & on display through Dec. 31st: Gingerbread House Display @ the Overton Hotel!

One of our favorite Holiday Traditions at the Overton Hotel & Conference Center is our annual Gingerbread House Display. For the 5th consecutive year, our Culinary Team is working hard to complete this magnificent confectionery masterpiece. There will be an official "unveiling" on Friday, December 2nd at 2:00pm in the Overton Hotel Lobby.

Open to the public, the house will be on display between December 2nd and December 31st. Executive Chef Doug Noxon, Sous Chef Montie Hinton and the Overton team are spending countless hours and using hundreds of pounds of gingerbread to complete the design.

This year's house is very unique and reflects our strong partnership with the Texas Boys Ranch. Texas Boys Ranch is a nonprofit, child care/foster care facility, adoption agency and children's shelter serving West Texas. All proceeds raised from the Gingerbread house benefit the Texas Boys Ranch. Donations can be made at the Overton Hotel's front desk by purchasing either a $5 star decoration or a $100 Corporate Sponsorship. Additional donations can be made through purchases at Pecan Grill.
